SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This legal agreement between you as end user and Sony Music 
Entertainment (Australia) Limited (Sony Music) concerns this product, 
hereafter referred to as Software.  By using and installing this disc 
to run the Software on a personal computer, you agree to be bound by 
the terms of this agreement.

1. LICENSE; COPYRIGHT; RESTRICTIONS
You may use your copy of the Software on a single computer. You may 
not network the Software or otherwise use or install it on more than 
one computer or terminal at the same time. The Software (including 
any images, text, photographs, animations, video, audio, and music) 
is owned by Sony Music or its affiliates or suppliers and is 
protected by Australian copyright laws and its international treaty 
provisions. You may not rent, distribute, transfer or lease the 
Software. You may not reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or 
translate the Software.

2. TERMINATION
This licence is effective until terminated.  You may terminate this 
licence at any time by not using the CD in a CD-ROM drive.  This 
licence will terminate immediately without notice from Sony Music if 
you fail to comply with any provision of this licence.

3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY ON SOFTWARE
You expressly acknowledge and agree that the use of the Software is 
at your sole risk.  The Software is provided AS IS and Sony Music 
does not warrant that the Software will operate error free or 
uninterrupted while in use.  All warranties, representations, 
promises, conditions or statements regarding the Software (including 
without limiting the generality, warranties, representations, 
promises, conditions and statements as to merchantability, 
suitability or fitness for any purpose, profitability or any other 
attributes or consequences of or benefits to be obtained from or in 
the course of using such Software) whether express or implied, and 
whether statutory or otherwise are to the full extent permitted by 
law in the jurisdiction of sale hereby expressly excluded.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Sony Music or its 
affiliates be liable for any incidental, special or consequential 
damages that result from the use or inability to use the Software 
even if Sony Music or an Authorised representative or licensee of 
Sony Music has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In Australia the liability of Sony Music for a breach of a condition 
or warranty in this agreement is limited to any one or more of the 
following (at Sony Music's option):-
(a) replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods;
(b) the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring 
equivalent goods.

5. CONTROLLING LAW AND SEVERABILITY
This licence shall be governed by and construed in accordance with 
the laws of the jurisdiction of sale.  If for any reason a court of 
competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this licence or portion 
thereof to be unenforceable, that provision of the licence shall be 
enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent 
of the parties, and the remainder of this licence shall continue in 
full force and effect.  No amendment to or modification of this 
licence will be binding unless agreed in writing and signed by a duly 
authorised representative of Sony Music.
